ive spoken to my neibour who is attached to me and at first he woz fine with it then he pulled me a year l8r an told me to stop it i appokgized but explanied i wud not stop having friends round,my chilldren stay up l8 but eventually they sleep rite thrugh they r 9 and 7,ive tried to speak to the other neibours who r at the back of my house but they wont spek to me,also we go to r freinds houses an sing an play music till 4-5 an they have no probs,im not an unresonable person but i think its everybody right to have friends over once in awhile

No its not unreasonable to have friends over once in a while and have a party, I read your last question and thought it a bit spineless too of your neighbours to post a letter instead of confronting you and sorting it out amicably, but maybe if you were to tell your neighbours you intended having a party and maybe invite them along too they may be a bit more accommodating and understanding, I understand you work shifts and don't get out that much because you have young kids, but I guess your other neighbours work too and want their beauty sleep as well, maybe if you turned your music off at 11 pm that might be better, the law states that between the hours of 11 pm and 7 am no noise or disturbance, just try again to talk to your neighbours and explain your situation and don't forget to invite them along to your next party, good luck.

Ok . If I have got this right, you want to have friends round and stay up until 4 or 5 in the morning?
Fine. No problem.But why should your neighbours have to learn to accomodate your life style? They aren't your kids are they?!
Maybe they should start playing opera or brass band music until the early hours when you are not up for an all nighter and see how you cope with it.
