How do I go about getting my email named changed but not my email address?

Went thru a divorce and want to go back online to my madien name

If you email address is [e-mail] or whatever, you can't change that without changing your email address. You'll need to create a new one.

If you'd like to change the name that's displayed when sending an email, for example [e-mail], you can do that inyour preferences or options.

If your name is your email address then changing your name will change the address. If you set up a new email address you may be able to have mail sent to the old address forwarded to your new address. With the minimal information you have given it's hard to give any meaningful advice (or even understand exactly what you are asking).
