Which celebrity(ies) do you admire?

I've seen a lot of questions asking what celebrities irritate you etc. But are there any that you think are talented, worth the money they are paid, attractive, genuine, generally good people etc...

I don't know if you'd call him a celebrity, but I really admire Tiger Woods. He's a great role model for kids, a great ambassador for the game of golf and he seems to be a very down to earth person.

Jade Goody......Funnily enough, although I hate her, I admire her as well. She's seen a gap in the market( though why we needed a market gap for a thick cockney, god knows)and exploited it to the max. She's made an absolute packet and still is.
She actually comes across as a decent person an telly( though she's probably a monster in reality).
Is she talented?No, unless she's only pretending to be that stupid.(give her an Oscar if she isn't)
Is she worth the money she's paid? No, but if TV networks and stupid magazines are daft enough to keep chucking the loot at her, then good on her.
Attractive?Dunno?I probably would.If she asked nicely.
So there you go. Jade Goody I salute you. And hate you at the same time.

Alicia Keys because she came from nothing literally, and made something of herself, she deserves all the credit and money, and a great role model for women, and children who are raised up with nothing and come from one parent homes.

I admire Reese Witherspoon, She is a terrific role model for young women who have children, or thinking about children.

Denzel Washington: I never seen this man play a part wrong, He has the best charisma, attitude, and style for Hollywood, He also gives alot of money to charities and makes it to all his child's football games, great person overall.

I like Halle Berry, very attractive and realistic, I believe she is one of the only celebrities who haven't had surgery.

There are several others, but people need to understand that celebrities are human beings, they are just like our friends around the way, they are no different from us, they are not perfect, and we can only accept them for who they are, the people I mentioned above are people that seem like they can fit into our everyday normal people society, and don't seem as if they are too uppity. There are also celebrities who are overrated and really don't deserve th publicity or money: "Paris Hilton", that is a waste of attention because she doesn't deserve it and there are alot of celebrities who do.

The Person I admire is... Mariah Carey because people say things about her and say really hurtful things and she can just pull through it if that was me i wouldnt be able to. Also how she overcame the 'Glitter' period with such grace. She also makes some very insporational songs 'Can't Take That Away', 'Hero' and 'Through The Rain' to name just a few so she is the person i admire the most...

i admire faith hill and tim mcgraw because they are very down to earth. they dont go on the road unless they can bring their children, they've never had a nanny, cook, or any other hired help and they dont let the money go to their heads. they try to keep their lives as private as possible.i also admire the hogan family. I'm not big on reality shows but i watch that one. they are so close and also dont let the fame go to their heads. the kids are very well disciplined and they are obedient. the whole family just has a love and respect for each other that you dont see too often!
