The truth is "volunteer". Doing something for someone else is the surest cure for low self esteem. It is more blessed to give than to receive.

Start by writing I with a capital letter!
Every person in the world is important enough to write I (when referring to themselves) in a capital letter. It is not a special privilege!
Next stop worrying about what others think of you!
You are the most important person in you're life, because you see the world through you're eyes, not anyone else's!
Look in the mirror every day and say that: I am the most important person in my life!
And don't compete against others ie try to be smarter or more attractive than others. Simply try and be the best you can be!
And if someone says you are bitchy or cocky or arrogant, remember, they are just jealous of you're confidence and are trying to beat you down. Don't let them!
Good luck, most important person in the world!
We love you! (And I'm not being sarcastic, you are a wonderful person!)

Start ready books such as Think and grow rich or books by Dr. Wayne Dyer. Think of positive things about yourself(positive affirmations) example, I am smart, I am a good person, I set goals for myself and work towards them, I only allow positive things in my life. LIVE BY THE GOLDEN RULE.
If everyone in the world lived by the golden rule(treat people the way you would like to be treated)(do unto others as you would like done to yourself) what a great world this would be.

Self talk, we are all Worthy. And you could do things to improve or change your personal appearance, some new clothing, a makeover, if you feel as though you look better you will feel better. Take some classes and learn something that you are interested in . Good luck and God bless

I think you should do things that you are good at often AND do things that YOU want to do. You have to tell yourself that you are wonderful, good looking etc. If you depend on others to tell you then you will become an emotional weck. If all else fails just remember the old saying "I know I am somebody because GOD didn't make no junk"!

Bike 10 miles a day

Loose 5 pounds
Travel to so and so
Write an article and submit it to a magazine
and so on....
Actually do the items on your list until they are all crossed off...Finding out you are capable of many things helps raise yourself asteem and confiedences level

You need to increase your emotional intelligence. Rate yourself on a 10 point scale. You would know where you stand.
