An plane of total mass30,000kg needs an acceleration of 1.5m/s square. Find:
-On landing the mass of the plane has decreased to 25,000Kg. why is this? wat decelerating force do the brakes need to provide, given the drag is the same

I hope sumone is able to help me... i just wanted to know how to do it...

Question is in two parts:

1) The mass of the plane is an absolute. The only reason that it will have decresed is because it has used 5000Kg in fuel.

2) I think you meant deceleration of 1.5 m^2 ? If so, it should be the percentage of the originally required force - (25t/30t) * 1.5

The loss in mass is presumably because the fuel load is less when the plane is due to land.

To find out the forces involved in decelerating the plane, we need to know what the velocity of the plane as it touched down, and how long a time it has to come to a complete stop.

BTW, when you said the plane "needs an acceleration of 1.5m/s²", what exactly do you mean?

In the air the drag is increased by making the plane less aerodynamic in order to slow it down ,

at the beginning friction will exert rigidity forword no longer backword which makes to flow individual forword it additionally follows 0.33 regulation. however the action reaction rigidity between guy and floor is bigger than the rigidity between guy and cart and this further rigidity makes the guy to flow.
