Acronym Finder has tons of all kinds of acronyms. Just do a search and then click the "Slang" tab to see the chat acronyms.

Most of the new terminology can be found at urbandictionary.com. However, like most linguistic things, the definitions are subject to interpretation. It's a direct source from the mouths of teenagers whose opinions on shoes and music differ greatly.
