Yes it definitly work well. You need to have several treatments, atleast four to do the job along with a few glycolic acid peels between treatments to increase you're results. If you pay by individual microdermabrasion and peel it can get pretty expensive. Check with you're dermatologist or plastic surgeon for deals. They usually offer package deals that include you're microdermabrasion and glycolic peels for a discount.

Microdermabrasion sloughs off dead skin cells and helps the skin
produce new skin cells. The effect is a smoother and brighter complexion. Chemical peels do essentially the same thing. So if you want a clearer, fresher-looking complexion, these processes work great. If you have wrinkles or age spots, other techniques are more effective. A dermatologist can answer just about any question that has to do with skin.
