That depends on where you are and where you will be purchasing a home. Any mortgage broker can give you a lot of your options. For example, if you are buying in a rural area, you could get a zero down USDA loan. If you are buying in an area that the city is trying to revitalize, there may be a grant program out there. Check with a mortgage broker. I went through Countrywide and was very impressed with my broker.

There are tons of ways to help save money or get free money for first time homebuyers. Every state and city is different, some places it varies from county to county.
If you need a referal for a good Real Estate Agent for where you are located e-mail me and I'll send in a referal. Sometimes the difference in homebuying is getting a good agent who can help you with all the steps. Good luck.

For starters try www.hud.gov, then check with your State. There are literally 1000's of programs on the Federal and State levels. It depends on your individual status, to see what you can qualify for.
Do a little research for your area, and where you plan on buying your home.
Good Luck!!

You know, that depends entirely on your state, and maybe city.
I would suggest you call the nearest realty in your area.......Ask them for some free advice. If they say no, then call another............good luck
