Hazel eyes generally are green towards the center and rimmed with brown. Sometimes they look more green, and other times, more brown. A lot depends on the colors you wear.
To bring out more of the green, you need to wear more reds, pinks, rose, coral and salmon, which are contrasting colors, or shades of green to complement the eye color. My eyes are hazel also, and I wear the ruddy shades, as well as forest green, and olive green, which is especially flattering.

Get "evergreen" contacts. If you don't want to wear contacts, wearing greenish eyeshadow or green shirts will make your eyes look green. Trust me---I have hazel eyes too and I wanted them green. That's the way to do it:)

Wearing a purple eyeshadow will make your eyes appear more green. Since purple is opposite to green on the color wheel, they will make the green specks in your eyes pop.

There are two options.
1) Contacts
2) The colour of eyeshadow/mascara/eyeliner. It is said if you have green eyes to go with plum and/or green tones to enhance the eye colour.
