According to the teacher in a Real Estate class that I had, seven out of ten self-made millionaires are Realtors. However, just because you have a real estate license (if you get one) does NOT mean that you can sell real estate. Find something that you are passionate about, and go with that. There is more than one definition of the word "wealthy".

I felt the same way once. I decided to invest in real estate a couple years ago. I found my first real estate investment off of foreclosure.com. I bought a foreclosed home, did a little fixing, and sold it for a profit. I am now on my third home that I am flipping for profit and am very happy.

No truly gods or devils can probably exist wherever external of any ones improperly programed or brainwashed childishly volatile minds! The individuals who do feel gods and devils exist are susceptible minded or undereducated and ordinarily insane and must be confident of an additional lifestyles to make up for this one they or their mothers and fathers screwed up for them!!! Genetics is a mom effer and so is intellectual changes performed via brainwashing religions!!! HAVE A GREAT DAY!!!
