you can buy schreiber furniture on e bay but haven't seen it any where else.
I think schreiber is mfi specific

Bought a Schreiber kitchen from MFI some years ago and was delighted with it. Carcasses come ready assembled, unlike Hygena. It's all down to having a decent fitter. If a kitchen is well fitted it should last. Have heard, and read, excellent reports about Ikea kitchens too.

Yes you can get from certain trade outlets that are also open to the public. There is one in Hampshire near Basingstoke but no idea where you live so may not be of use to you. But check with a local builder to find out where they get supplies from.
