Hi...I would suggest using Zoho. It's REALLY REALLY GOOD.

In fact, Google is trying to outsmart it.

Explore the site a little bit. You can actually load spreadsheets, word documents, and it's all secure within their server for anyone with an internet connection to join in and modify as necessary.

Get a gmail account and use Google Docs and Spreadsheets. You can start a new document or spreadsheet and then email people who will be allowed to collaborate on it.

Its really cool!

Yes, you can by using Google's Docs and Spreadsheets. You can either sign up by Gmail invitation or using your existing email. Go to docs.google.com. You can upload a spreadsheet, then invite collaborators.

You can also ~create~ word docs and spreadsheets online with their web-based thing.
