Do you know when and who built the internet??

It is a very complicated question because not only a one person has invented the internet and there is no exact date when the internet was build. But it is made by a union of technologist and computer engineers and spread so soon from 1995 when Microsoft had released windows 95.
But If you tells me that who invented the idea of mailing system on internet then it is finally "Sabeer Bhatiya" from India who invented "Hotmail" or "MSN" and then after sold it to Microsoft.
