Can anyone tell me what is meant by Luther Vandross when he sung "Nights in 'Harlem' "? Is Harlem a disco centre or a place?

Harlem is a city in New York, it is known because a lot of old successful R&B singers come from there, or made their first hits there, I believe it's home for MoTown records, but don't quote me on it.

Harlem is a city that is in northern Manhattan. It was the palce of the Roaring Twenties. Former President Clinton lives there and its also the home of the Apollo Theatre. It sucks now, because there is this song called the Chicken Noodle Soup and its soooooo bad.

What if Calciopoli never happened? What if Messi didn't receive growth hormone treatment from Barca? What if Real Madrid had faced actual competition in the first five editions of the Champions League?
