i used to have a biology teacher at school that looked like mr burns, and even used to fold his hands together in the same way... we always used to egg him on to try and say 'excellent' and he did - on the last day of school... very very funny but also slightly creepy at the same time!
chief wiggum reminds me of george bush (that nasally innane way that he talks), skinners mother reminds me of blanche from coronation street and side-show bob reminds of brian blessed (esp when he starts singing musicals)!
