I am a little over weight, so i started taking diet, i am burning 500 calories per day, eating only wheat , no fat foods, no oil , just protiens, vegetables and wheat, i am taking food only twice a day, i want to reduce fat soon with in 3 months. so how many pounds or kilos i can reduce if i go this way with in 3 months
