The C in the size indicates the difference in inches between the size of the chest (30") and the size of the chest "across the largest part of the breast", which for a C cup would be an additional 2.6" to 3.5" or 32.6" to 33.5".

numers is the bra strap and the cup is you boob you mesure both add them up and divide by 2 and if you get a 1 you are a A 2 a B 3 a C ETC...
