are we in love with each other?

we've been friends for 9yrs.living in the same house for 4yrs.but nothing happens.we share almost everything except bed.i go out with friends he also go out with his friends..no commitment..

I think this is more then enough time, for ur relation, just sit wid him once and tell him about ur feelings. but 1st thing u have to do is to ask urself about this thing that u love him or not ? then go to him and ask him
