Because it's important to establish position in life... if there were no race; there would be no winners or losers...

The problem isn't the race itself but all the carried culture brought with it.
if u take a look in the past u can notice that the different cultures are based on different races, well... When a culture came to face another culture, they came into conflict to see who would prevail.
If u had different races under the same culture since the begining u wouldn't have prejudices in race inside that population.
Well, that's how everything related to the racial prejudice has begun...

Race is not the issue, it is culture and education, the better educated you are about other cultures the more you understand other races. I am from South Africa and it isn't easy coming from a racist culture but it takes only one to make a difference.

We focus on the differences between people. There is actually only one race, it is human, and we come in many colors and physical features.
If we all looked the same, we would still fight over ideas. It sad but true.

It is because of the unfortunate "instinct" called xenophobia, which subconsciously discriminates against anyone strange and not like us.
However, that is no excuse because we humans ought to learn not to be creatures of instincts.

we are all humans, we are all related (as a spicies), some are white some are black but we're still related as humans.....race is just a word, it is just an idea to devide humans
