Haloween ideas for my fiance?

I am a girl just engaged. My fiance has travelled to another country now. I want to make him a surprise on the Haloween. I need heaps of new creative ideas. Just wanna give him a big surprise.

I actually thought about this a long time last night. There were so many very strange acts comedy routines and characters I have seen through my lifetime. Don't know if you remember John Belushi on Saturday Night Live but I always loved the killer bees it don't seem like it would "bee" too hard to get some black and yellow fabric, a pair of black tights and a few odds and ends and make him into a killer bee. I also remembered the unknown comic from the gong show and a few other places. Wouldn't be too hard to raid your dad's closet for some hideous polyester suit, take a paper bag and make 2 eye holes, and the unknown comic rises again.....And the reaper from Bill and Tedd's bogus journey used to be quite a hit. I used to see the character on talk shows, music videos and stuff. all you would need is a bald head wig, a black robe with hood and some white makeup to paint his head and hands and then do his eye sockets in black.

But if you are planning on a holloween costume for a more personal party, well you can always meet him at the door as a naughty cheerleader or perhaps a night nurse. But good luck.
