He has had three world records, two of which still stand. Does anyone know who this is? Its a question I heard on the radio and never heard the answer. Cant find it online either. Someone who knows track and field might be able to help me. I thought it was Michael Johnson but that was incorrect.

Carl Lewis springs to mind, but he's won more than 4 Olympic medals and much more than 2 Gold

I think it could be; Maurice Greene - he has won 4 Olympic Medals [Sydney OG 100 & 4x100R GOLD, Athens OG 100 Bronze & 4x100R Silver] of which 2 were Gold

He also had 3 World Records from 1999 June 16th until 22nd September in 100m [9.79], 50m Indoors [5.56, shared with Donovan Bailey] & 60m [6.39, he has run this time twice] and though his 100m WR has since been beaten, his 50m & 60m records still stand

Carl has more than 2 WRs still standing [Outdoors: 4x100R - 37.40 & 4x200R - 1:18.68] [Indoors: LJ - 8.79m]

"Her success has enabled her to buy two homes and a condo and travel to Italy seven times! The last time, she went to the Olympics to see her friend - now her boyfriend - compete in the 100 meters track. He was the fastest man in the world for a very long time. He's won four Olympic medals - two of them gold - and has had three world records, two of which still stand."

I found this on the Deal or No Deal website: http://www.nbc.com/Deal_or_No_Deal/models/claudia.shtml

Whoever this person is his girlfriend is one of the models. Could be Carl Lewis - though I didn't think he went to Italy.
