I am currently pregnant and the pain in my boobs is terrible!! My nipples are all cracked and already leaking and i'm only 3 months gone!! HELP!!!!!!!!! I have been pregnant 7 times before and the pain has not always been the same allthough very similar. I would say that it feels worse this time round. Most of the time my boobs have been tender to touch all over and you notice this even even washing in the shower, and nipples are a no go area as far as partners are concerned. A correct fitting bra is the best way to help with sore boobs. Hope this has been of some help to you. x

I never had just one breast hurt at any time but it makes sense to me that it could happen. My breast were very, very sore and the nipple 100% more sensitive than before pregnancy. I also had alot of itchiness esp. around the nipple due to my breast size increasing.

It wast so bad for me during my pregnacy, They were a little tender for a few days a month.
After birth, Thats when the pain starts. Just make sure you dont get any lumps. If you do ask you midwife strait away. Dont think your tough and try to sooth it yourself. I went into a strong fever when I did this and fainted when I got up. Not nice.

very heavy and yet very sensitive to the touch. it hurts a lot if u accidentally bump into a doorway- a lot! the pain is like prickly needles and comes and goes. it can be in either a breast and change to the other or both breasts t the same time.

In early pregnancy they were soooo tender... Even standing in the shower was a painful experience. It does ease up though, until you have your baby. Mine were tender again as I settled into breastfeeding. My lo is now nearly 4 months, and I still can't stand to be bra-less!

And after the birth its even worse, i felt like i had bull dog clips attached to them.

Anyhoo, goodluck if your preggers, Do enjoy it xxx
