Raise everybody's IQ by 100 points. Then people SHOULD be smart enough to figure out that killing each other because of religious reasons is insane. At least, that's the hope.

Narrow the extremities of our negative and positive emotions. We could then be more in-touch with ourselves, and others. Then the lesser distance between love and hate, would perhaps make us more stable, and not so far away from normality and well-being, however sad or happy we were .
