Does anyone have any idea where I can get hold of tailors (dressmakers) dummy for a friend of mine because her's has gone mouldy! Prefereably second hand, preferably adjustable but not necessarilly. I live in Sheffield and can pick it up - anyone got one knocking about or know of any shops? I'd appreciate it as she has wedding outfits to make for December (I know, getting married in December!). Check your lofts, your garages, your dressmaking rooms! Thanx.

These things are quite expensive - I would try ebay (but they are not cheap on there because everyone wants to buy them to then sell clothes modelled on them!) or how about John Lewis or a tailors shop - or perhaps a material/arts and craft shop?

usualy some going on ebay, its prob best to buy a new one though, so you know theres nothing yucky on it. if u want a new one try moreplan.com they have adjustable ones on there and some cheaper ones that can be discarded after youv used it once if you dont wana spend alot on one
