Yep. A cow of cold. Can't stop sneezing. Runny nose. Streaming eyes. And the inside of my head feels bigger than the outside of it.

So what do you do when this happens to you? Any suggestions?

I'm well up for trying any remedies to ease the symptoms.

That sounds horrible. I drink lots of fluids when I get that sick. Anything that isn't dairy or alcoholic. Juice, water, tea, chicken broth. And sleep. Complain a little. Blow my nose. Watch movies. Take a hot shower to drain your head. Or a bath. You can try organic medicines. I give my daughter Natrabio Homeopathic medicine for allergies and it seems to work. Try your local Wholefoods store. And feel better!

I have a big bowl of chicken noodle soup, then take 2 neo-citrin & a couple cold tablets, it'll put me to sleep for 24 hours straight & when I wake up I feel much better.

Sounds a bit like sinus to me. God that's a rotten thing to have.
Rest, and use a nasal spray to dry it up.
Panadeine for the lousy head.
Hope you feel better soon.
