dancer as in what kind of dancer? It takes a lot of strength and dedication for ANYONE to break dance.If your referring to a type of formal dance like ballroom or ballet, then it might be hard because you are taught to be proper with great posture and a sense of grace. Break dancing isn't very graceful....or formal. It might be hard for some dancers to turn off the part of them that is focusing on poise, and turn on the part of them that needs to focus on rhythm

I think a great dancer can learn and apply themselves to any type of dance if the really try. The basis of any great dancer is just movement, flow, and rhythm.

dAncER is not HOpperS..breakdance is for the HOpperS...i think u should know the truth that DAnCer is focusing to the girls n do u think there's a girl can do BReakdanCe??..if yes..that means they were hoppers..i hope u understand :)

Good dancers with thorough education can learn break dancing without a problem.

People may be encountering probmels like you describe because conventional dancing is all about creatign nice CONTINUOUS lines. Break dancing is very much the opposite - you create BROKEN lines with your body. This is why it may be difficult to learn break dancing.
