Probably not. The networks seem to cater to people with low to average intelligence. Think of shows like 2 1/2 Men, King of Queens, etc. People who watch those kinds of shows don't get Arrested Development. Advertisers want their products shown to the greatest number of viewers, so they don't support shows like Arrested Development. Too bad.

Doesn't look like it, but it was just an awesome show. Did you know that you can buy Arrested Development merch at the fox website? I bought a Bluth company coffee mug!

G4 is now airing reruns of the show. I don't think there will ever be any new episodes,though.
