I think it just means twin boys... as opposed to twin girls, or fraternal twins where one is a boy and the other a girl (like me!).

My girlfriend who has twin boys pushed them out of her vagina. Another girlfriend of mine with twin boys had them surgically removed from her abdomen. Both are legitimate ways to give birth to twin brothers.

I think I understand.. I think you mean two sets of identical twins making 4 babies? maybe? lol
If so, it is that two eggs were released during ovulation and both eggs split during cell division. two sets of twins who are all brothers?
