has anyone experienced bleeding of the gums when you are prego. because whenever i brush my teeth and spit i see blood. but also does anyone get as cold as i do or it is all in my head yes i am prego my period never came onn so i took a test. give me some tips please or advice about what might happen now

You have early signs of gingivitis.
Rinse daily with a 50/50 solution of hydrogen peroxide and warm water.

Yeah I hav that, bleeding gums, I went to the dentist and they said dont worry, just keep brushing your teeth as normal, and instead of using mouthwash, rinse my mouth out with warm salty water. It helped me. And I also seem to be cold nearly all of the time, even f a room is really warm, i still feel cold. I don't know why, but I suppose everyone experiences different things throughout pregnancy. Congrats by the way!

no gum bleeding but i am cold or hot. never comfortable. lol .you should be taking your prenatal also you should be drinking alot of milk or calcium thats why your gums are bleeding the baby is taking nutriens from you so you need to keep taking vitamins and drinking milk. or yogurt cheese you know.
