my sister had vaginal blood spots thrice in a month (6th&7th of her pregnancy), her placenta is posterior and she is RH neg. (her hubby being RH positive).Doctor says its normal, she's worried.

I would be concerned with any bleeding in third trimester, from what i have read you should get medical advice imedietly. If the doctor says its normal, your sister needs to speak to her doctor and ask why is it normal

Well then it's normal..nothing to worry about...especially during the last TRIMESTER...she's going to "leak" alot of gross stuff the last few weeks....it's NORMAL!! Remember...she's getting close to delivering that baby...

its not ideal but its okay, if she goes into labour the baby is big enough to survive.
