period cramps?

i've heard about the sharp pains in your side but in which side. your right or your left. need answer fast.

Cramps can happen on both sides. Mittelschmerz, on the other hand, is a one-sided lower abdominal pain that occurs in women at or around the time of their ovulation. There is no one side that hurts more than the other in those women who experience this pain, but it can switch sides from month to month or from one episode to another. While painful, Mittelschmerz is not harmful and does not signify the presence of disease.

True menstrual cramps, on the other hand, that are debilitating, should definitely be investigated. While all women experience some moderate cramping during their periods, crippling or severe pain with periods is a sign of something else, most notably the disease Endometriosis.

Depends which side is making the ovum... I imagine.
Could be either.

Its not as if most of the human body is deliberately asymmetric... It wishes it could be symmetrical... so just assume that either side has equal possibility of being "the" side.

heeey, i simply received my first interval in these days! good, if there relatively dangerous you will have to get a hot sizzling water bottle + a hot drink. Put on a few hot garments or comfortable ones, lay at the sofa and simply loosen up :) !

either one, or on occasion it could be both. it's on the side where you ovulate that month but if you happen to release two eggs you might hurt on both sides, I suppose.
