I tokk birth control pills before the day i had sex.I already had 20 pills till now.Today will be my last date of having the pill so is there any chance that i get pregnant?How will i understand that I am pregnant?

Yes, althouth if you've taken the pills there's only very small chance that you'll pregnant. If you feel nausea (you wan't to throw up), go to doctor coz you probably are preagnant.

if you are on BC it is unlikely that you are pregnant, although it does happen, that is why they say to use extra protection if you dont want to be pregnant.
and do you mean how will you understand that you are pregnant... there is nothing to understand you had sex and now you are pregnant and going to have a baby...assuming you are old enough good luck.
