There are a lot of opportunities open to you with that combination of education, especially if you worked in biotech in between your undergraduate degree and entering your MBA program. I'll give you a few ideas for things that you might be able to do:

- product management for a biotech company, or a medical device company
- sales manager for a biotech or medical device company
- engineering management
- sales operations for a biotech or medical device company
- manufacturing management, depending on your past experience

Those are just a few off the top of my head.

I think that is a very good decision. I would make sure that you get some work experience in bio tech before applying to MBA programs. You may do very well with that combination.
