I downlouded skype,with it came googletoolbar,when i deleated it,my yahoo toolbar was gone allso.WHY?Is this the way it goes? I dont understand why.

I don't know about your 1st question, I only see this one now. You are OK, let's see if we can answer your Yahoo toolbar button.
In Internet Explorer, go to the VIEW menu, and go to the TOOLBAR section. If you see Yahoo in the list, CLICK on it, so you put a checkmark next to it. The Yahoo toolbar should appear again.
Yes, when you installed SKYPE with Google, it HID the Yahoo toolbar. It would be silly to have BOTH turned on at the same time.(I use NO toolbar, I prefer to keep MORE screen space for a webpage to be seen in).

Coz you deleted few files of Google & Yahoo that skype associated itself with. While deleting it the comp had asked you whether you want to uninstall files associated with other programs and you had clicked yes.
You need to reinstall googletoolbar & yahoo toolbar.

right click on ur up tool bar check what do u want
also u can uninstalll some tools from control panel
