I'd try either Full Tilt (if you play through that site you can get 27% rakeback and the 600 dollar bonus) or Tony G (50% rakeback) both take Americans and both have really excellent software and customer service. Not only do they take Americans but both have vowed to stay in the US market for the foreseeable future.

Since PartyPoker closed down to U.S. customers, I've been playing at Full Tilt Poker & doing quite well.

Don't waste your money online gambling. It's a scam and if you are in the US, you can't get paid your winnings it is illegal for them to pay you.
