Record label/band uses a line drawing of a kid wearing a baseball cap backwards, thumbs up, winking (I think)?

I can't get it out of my head but I can't remember where the bejesus I've seen it. Going out of my mind. Please help.

Hey there! Does the kid look a little ticked at the world?...I THINK that was the cover to the album for Ugly Kid Joe...."I Hate Everything About You."....(No, not you...I don't even know you! LOL) Hope this helps!
