Probably Boris Johnson with his big mouth wide open. Then people who have a natural inclination to want to throw rubbish at him could do so whilst keeping Britain tidy.

My mother-in-law !!! Because she comes out with some rubbish at times and the best place for her would be in the bin and taken to a land fill somewhere and give me peace !!

yes Tony Blair and i would change the name to labour bin and put all these nanny government officials to make the streets save for our Granny's to walk down punish yobs throw away the keys for murders and rapists but now i am dreaming ain't i we will obey or you will be punished or fined we need the money to look after yobs and foreigners to this country

LOL,,good question my imdiate though is tony blair can't think why maybe cos he run the country into te ground! and that is all we have to show after joining the E.U lol. it would be a reminded of what he is all about, waste.
