My company currently dosnt have a HR department or a HR manager. If there is a problem at work I have no one to talk to except my Manager or MD the amount of employee are as follows 15 office and 30 warehouse. Do you know if companies legualy need to have a repersentative for the work force.

Legally they don't, but at 45 people someone should be in charge of this. Generally, there is an offie manager who handles these tasks.
