Not until you actually miss a period, at home test are not very sensitive. You should start your period about 16 days past ovulation

Best time is first thing in the morning. Even better than that is the day after you missed your period in the morning. That way the hormone that defines that you are pregnant is easier detected before you drink and dilute it.

The only logical answer is after you've missed your period. Many tests, no matter what they advertise, may still come out with inaccurate results.

wait until after you miss a period, some say you can do it up to 5 days before, but to be safe i would wait until after.
