This land once blessed and many times bled upon by pursuers of liberty has become a hotbed of satanic hedonism. I dare you to refute this fact. We choose satiation over self-denial everytime it seems. Why should we prevail?

If someone other than Muslims said it, maybe.

Part of the problem with dialog is when we lump an entire religion or ethnic race as claiming some point. Not all Muslims would necessarily agree with your statement about their viewpoint.

Just as we can't define the USA as the great Satan. The USA has a variety of cultures and religions thriving by existing in the USA. Many young people now are laying down their lives for you and I to give our personal opinions because they believe in our forefathers insight in how a country should be.

If you feel that our culture, our government is satanic, you might go aboard and live overseas. I almost guarantee you will come back to the USA with all it's problems and be so grateful. There are many beautiful places, cultures and people but nothing comes close to where you and I call home.

Personally I would be more interested in your solution for satanic hedonism if that is how you view your country? Take Care, Staci

speaking from an european viewpoint, i do not believe that the policies of the usa are defined by its people anymore. Mega corporations are in charge now, and american policies seem to reflect a policy based on greed and lies.... the end justifies the means... i do know many americans are honest, hard working and morally strong people, but i believe the muslims have a point in calling it the great satan.... it is wrong to try to bring democracy to people/cultures that do not understand nor want it; especially when there always seem to be an ulterior motive to, say, an invasion....

No, they don't make a point because calling the US "the great Satan" implies that they're worse than others and that there's nothing redeeming or redeemable about them. Yes, the culture of the US definitely has its dark side (of which not everyone in the US partakes--the US is probably the least homogenous state out there), but every culture has its dark side and abviously it's inaccurate to say there's nothing redeeming or redeemable about US culture.

I consider an insult from them a compliment. I will not refute you because you are SO WRONG that no one who disagrees with you could win their point. Good Luck to you as you will need it with the kind of thoughts you have

I could be as much a bigot as you are and claim all Muslims are bad instead of taking it one person at a time. Not all Americans are bad. Not all Muslims are bad. It's the government stupid!
