Which face paint is best for halloween?

I'm looking to paint my entire face white, but I want an even covering and for it not to rub off all over my clothes. I know there are paints with different bases and many different brands, any idea which is best?

maybe to repvent a break-out use a highlighter in the makeup isle and not halloween makeup which is oil based, a high lighter is white tone you add to makeup
