I'm going to be graduating from university soon and I want to work in London; I lived in London for over a year as a student and loved it. But I am unsure how to go about finding a job in the UK when I'm living in the States. Are there any good resources or places to look if you're a non-EU citizen looking to make a move to the UK?

Gumtree.com is good for job ads for people just arriving in the country (kind of like craigslist but for the UK). May be hard to find an employer willing to sponsor your visa though.
