you can get free tickets online - just type in 'free tickets to tv shows' in your seacrh engine - there are a couple of major ones, cant remember their names. also on bbc and channel 4 websites they have a 'take part' option where u can click for tickets or to be a contestant. for the more popular shows the waiting times are really long. i got tckets immediately to go and see millionaire (well for the dates that i chose). really long recordong time though. - i think for the one hour recorded programme you have to sit there for about 2.5 hours. but interesting to see how its all made. and i got to sit in the front row too - so could watch myself on telly later!

You write to the television companies. They will send you free tickets for a show. But they cannot guarantee they will be for the show you want to see. You can queue up outside the studio, they fill up the studio with `people from the street`, if they have spaces in the studio seats.

There is a ticket thingy ma bob at Bluewater shopping centre im not sure what its called but they have a desk there that gives out free tickets to all the live audiences.

have a look on the ITV/BBC website. I know you could get ant and dec saturday night takeaway tickets from there for free but bare in mind its a first come first served basis.

You can buy them from ebay, and gumtree.
But you can get them free from sites like clappers.com
They do go very quickly though
