ivf - IN VITRO FERTILIZATION.
in vitro simply means - "done under laboratory conditions". aN EGG TAKEN FRM YOUR OVARY WILL BE FERITILIZED with sperm collected from your husband, under laboratory conditions i.e. in test tubes or petridishes under highly specific conditions. Once the fertilization is successfull, which will be determined by the doctors, then the embryo (the tiniest stage of your baby) will be "hatched" again under lab conditions. When it reaches a certain size, it will be implanted into your uterus. Thereafter it will follw a normal pergnancy of 9 months.
These days IVF is a very common technique deployed for parents having trouble conceiving. The chances of success are quite good. But again it has its pros and cons and the success rates depend a lot on the doctor.

IVF means In Vitro Fertilisation. In good centers, the chances of a successful outcome (conception) are aproximately 60-70% after first attempt. I am unsure why you should be unable to conceive naturally if the left ovary & fallopian tube is intact and functioning normally. You definitely need some more investigations in this regard. May I advise you to take a second opnion (obstetrician) before embarking on IVF. Good luck.

I am supposed to get permission before involving myself in the matters of another. Most of the time I have been asked to send positive energy when I do so - so yes, permission has been granted. And if theres a reason I feel I want to do something for someone I'm generally going to ask first. But I use common sense too - if someone I know is in the hospital, I'm not going to wait until they wake up so I can ask them if it's alright with them if I send them some positive energy.... that is downright silly to me. I'll take my consequences on stuff like that. But I don't just go sending out energy with every energy request that comes through my inbox either. My ethics dictate that well intentioned meddling is not much different from ill intentioned meddling in the grand scheme of things, but I am always going to be guided by my own view of things and that's my logic regardless of what type of things we're talking about.
