It depends on your licence, If it is before 1995 you still have what is called grandfather rights and is including the D1 cat. 16 str mini bus. if you don't have this on your licence, Only7 str including the driver

It depends when you got your licence, if it's before 1999 then 16 if you are not doing it for money but just for your friends if it's after then it's 8. (H&R)Hire and Reward=Taxi etc, mini bus = 8 people max

I think it is 9 now, as few car manufacturers build them with 12 seats now what with new laws etc, it used to be 12 as my dad had a Bedford with the suicide door ( the front sliding ones ) you could just jump out when you wanted, usually into an on coming car , they don't make them any more

A good question as there are larger mini-buses (I saw one yesterday) capable of seating 16 passengers and I made a note of their telephone number for hiring it.

have to be 25+ to drive 9+ people, then it depends on size of vehicle after that but i imagine the biggest vehicle you could would be a 16 seater.
