Should I pick up Mike Furrey? My other WR's are Jennings, Cotchery, Re. Williams, I. Bruce, Colston, Stallworth.
If so, who should I drop?

With those receivers i would not. He has been Kitna's main reciever in many games so far for the lions. But with the resurgence of Roy Williams lately, and with the recievers you currently have, i would not make that move. Jennings is turning out to be a solid number 2-3 wr and cotchery is arguable the number 1 with coles. Colston is a very solid number 2 this year with Brees at the helm and Stallworth seems to put up some decent numbers here and there. Stick with what you have. Furrey is more of a possible bye week fill-in.

I really don't think that he has the ability to out any of your receivers for the top 3 spots. I'm assuming thats Roy Williams you're talking about, and if you have him, Bruce, and a healthy Stallworth in, you're doin pretty good. If Colston is not your starting TE, he should be! Perhaps drop your other TE, (now that the Saints are past their bye) and pick up Furrey.

I would only pick him up if you can accurately predict which games he will be good in. Right now the Lions are way too bad to have anyone other than KJ, R.Williams, or Kitna as a back-up.

Hell yeah get Furrey he had put up up good games since hes been in the line-up. I would drop Bruce for him.

dont pick up Furrey. He had one good game. Your WR's are awesome without him. Dont get Furrey!

i think you are fine with your current crop.
try to trade up if u can but furrey is not a long term fix for this season.
