The ex CEO of Enron has been found guilty on 19 different charges.
He had been sentenced to 24 years 4 months for his crimes.
And yet the judge has yet to decide whether he will go to jail before his appeal is heard.
What is going on here????
I have no problem with him launching an appeal,he has that right but he should be doing it from a jail cell not the comfort of his own home.
Why is he not behind bars?

Exactly. Its ridiculous. He was sentenced to 24 years for frigs sake. You can kill someone and get less time SO

if the judge thinks its that serious then why isnt he behind bars. And he better friggen serve all 24 of those years too, not be out in 16!

the judge wants him to do the following before he goes to jail

have a few more steak dinners
have a few more cigars
have a few more bottles of wine
have a few more one night flings
have a few more vacations
have a few more days in his mansion
have a few more pizzas
have a few more parties
have a few more rides in his exotic sport cars

that makes no sense to me also. i think he should have gotten the death penalty

My best advice to Jeff-O is to commit suicide.

If only they would just sentence him to the Super Max http://www.supermaxed.com/Federal-SM-Page.htm

He has made thousands of lives not worth living, and has the gall to deny, deny, deny. And secret trusts that guarantee his family wil remain wealthy while those he cheated starve.
