Actually all of the reasons stated were not strong reasons, but the one that is best is B. The lands were not seen as being particularly valuable.

Probably a combination of both A and B but other factors played a role also. The French sent mostly men to populate the colony and consequently many of the men married Native Americans. C is wrong because the Natives proved to be valuable allies to them. D is wrong because the French underpopulated their colony. Another deterrent to French settlement was the fact that the English colonies grew greatly in manpower due to the constant and numerous influx of settlers. The French and Indians did harass the American colonies for many years but could not defeat them. At the close of the French and Indian war France no longer posed a threat to the American colonies.
If I had to guess I would say A. I think they realized the land was valuable but other affairs and wars in Europe took up their time and resources.

Never heard of Quebec or the Louisana purchase? Plenty of French in North America.
