Other moms have told me that when you get further along and you see the baby move..sometimes a hand or a foot pushes out your skin and you can see the entire thing..like an outline of it.
I was just wondering if you ever saw this and how far along were you??

thanks to the stupid answer I just received I am forced to add details..
I do not mean the baby comes out of your stomach dumb a**..
I mean that when the baby moves in there she can push her hands and feet outward and you can see her hands and feet through the skin. God-some people are so obnoxious

Oh, any time now! Yes with my first I clearly saw a handprint, and my second liked to use her feet. Try running a flashlight across your belly... baby will react! Unless sleeping...

There are stupid kids on here, I get stupid answers all the time. You can feel them move, but not necessarily see the outline of the feet and hands. I never did. If you are that far along and do not feel activity, get checked. There were times when I would not feel movement, but about the time I would get worried, I would feel it. I had one baby breech birth, so she did not move a lot. It was a long time ago, so I had her the natural way, butt first. But don't get too worried if you do not see that, because if you retain water, then you have fluid in there, or have it anyway, so I think it would not necessarily be the norm. They would really have to push hard to do that, or be a big baby. The last one I had was a 9 1/2 baby boy, and don't remember him doing that even.

The more the months pass you will see the baby pushes your stomach as it moves. You might or might not be able to see if it is a hand or a foot. But yes, you can feel and see the baby stretching and moving around. I have a funny story, when I was pregnant with my third child, I had fallen asleep and I woke up with someone kind of knocking in my stomach. I was not really quite awake yet, and I feel this weird movement, I changed position and it stopped. The baby was saying move your silly goose I am uncomfortable. So babies do move around quite a bit and in their own way tell you when you are making them feel that you are in the wrong position, for them to move around.

Oh my yes!! You certainly can see little feet and hands and elbows etc sticking out! When I was pregnant, my little darlings foot was pressed so well against my belly that I knew the size of her foot (exactly the size of my index finger!) and when she was born, I measured it against my finger and wahla!! perfect match!!

Also, look at the picture in the link under the sources... ;) This is just such an awesome picture and very real to life!!!
