I've never heard the phrase "topped up". Is this word being used as a positive or negative reference to "it"? If it's positive I would want to change the sentence completely to something like It's rating became top". Or something else.

Options are like:
- It's rated tops.
- It rated above....
- Its rating improved
etc.
Bad sentence.
